Tell us how you’d like your photos shot and then ship us your products. We will then shoot high-resolution images of each product. As soon as the project is complete, we’ll send you info on how to review and download your product images.

Prior to starting the shoot a deposit of 40% must be paid. Once images have been approved the balance is due. No images are released without project being paid in full. No exceptions.

The copyright of all images remains with the photographer. Upon full payment and delivery, a perpetual, non-transferable, worldwide license is granted for use across digital platforms, websites, social media, and standard marketing materials.

This license does not include use for large-scale advertising such as billboards, transit placements, or other high-visibility public campaigns. Such usage can be licensed separately.

We retain the right to use the images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

We are averaging 2 weeks or less. Feel free to contact us anytime with the most up to date estimated turnaround times.

You can pay by Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo.

Perishable props such as flowers or fruits and veggies, (if your shoot requires such) will be an additional expense, which will be added to the invoice at cost. We have an extensive variety of props and backgrounds that are all included in the price.

Simply email us a prepaid return label and we will be happy to mail your products back to you.

Once the project is complete you will receive an email with a link to download your high-resolution files.

In the event more images are requested, we archive products for up to 4 weeks after the photo shoot before they are either donated or discarded.

While it is not required, it is helpful to send us a moodboard, inspiration photos, websites that you love, Pinterest boards, instagram pages etc! They are a wonderful tool for us to make sure we are on the same page with your vision for the shoot.

Yes! We have clients from all over the country. No matter where you are located in the world, you can ship your products to us to be photographed.
